John Reid is a great instructor.
He is a great guy who makes you feel very relaxed. His
teaching methods are excellent and he explains everything
in a clear and easy to understand way. His lessons are
always great, thanks to his very relaxed way of teaching
and talking with you, it makes you feel very comfortable
with him. I would recommend John to anyone who is just
learning to drive! Great guy and excellent instructor.

For anyone of any driving ability
John Reid is a fantastic candidate, not only for his
driving instructor skills but his person to person communication
is second to none. He can particularly find your driving
flaws very early on and works on them without wasting
anytime. Throughout my time working with John I found
he was a very flexible person and willing to adapt to
numerous times to suit the learner. I found he was very
good at his profession and also found he was great communicator.
Overall he was a great guy to work with and would recommend
him to anyone.

I would like to say a major thank
you to John Reid for teaching me how to drive. I found
him to be an excellent driving instructor and a pretty
much decent guy. The kind you'd like to have a pint
with, but of course I'm sure he'll warn me on the dangers
of driving afterwards - lol. Can't recommend you enough
mate. Passing first time helped me get the job I was

I'm currently still learning to
drive with John and would recommend him to anyone. He
makes you feel comfortable with things you are not sure
about and would go the extra mile if you need it. As
well as learning to drive I find my lessons enjoyable
as he's a great guy to learn with and has a good sense
of humour. I've only had 7 lessons so far and he's already
got me feeling confident about my driving, Thanks John

Under the instruction of John,
I passed my test first time with only 3 minors after
around 20 hours of driving lessons over 2 months or
so. I think this speaks for itself in the quality of
instruction given, not only does John teach you how
to pass the test with all the required manoeuvres etc.
he also makes you into a safe conscientious driver which
both my mum and dad are grateful. Johns ‘chat’ in the
car is also second to none which allows the driving
experience to be fun and makes learning a lot easier
in the relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend John to
anyone who wants to learn to drive!

As a learner I found it difficult
to find the best driving instructor to teach me. John
was recommended to me by a friend and in him I found
a professional, friendly instructor with a great teaching
style and very good prices. By creating a friendly atmosphere
he made learning enjoyable and his endless patience
kept our driving stress free. I passed my test two months
ago and I am so glad that I went with Queen's Cross
Driving School. John doesn't just teach you to pass
your test, he teaches you to drive.

me how to drive. John is a great guy with excellent
teaching skills. He gave me the confidence to believe
that I could drive and also made me feel relaxed and
comfortable while I was taking my lessons. Would recommend

John Reid, what can you say about
him... excellent instructor, great teacher. I passed
my theory test first time and a big thanks goes to John,
most of the questions I had studied on the DSA website
never appeared in the test, John gave me mock thoery
test papers and also went over questions during lessons
which was the biggest help and this is why I passed.
Now for the driving, excellent instructor, I had never
before done any driving so I wasn’t sure how long it
would take me to be ready for my test. I only had around
30 hours of lessons and both myself and John believed
i was ready for my test, so I booked it, the hour lesson
before my test he went through everything that would
be relevent in my test, and thank god he did, I felt
really confident, chatting away to the examiner and
ended up passing my test with a couple of minors, excellent.
Now I'm driving alone everywhere, even been on the motorway
loads and it's no bother at all, thats all down to having
a great instructor. My wife is taking lessons soon and
she's going to John as well thats how good I think he
is.

Brilliant instructor. During my
lessons I learned far more than I needed to to pass
my test. If anything I probably went in to my test over
prepared and it almost seemed easy! He is a fantastic
instructor and a lovely guy. Thanks so much for your
help John. In the two weeks after my test I had to make
a trip to Perth and Aberdeen! Managed no problem thanks
to your tutoring.

Having experienced several schools
of driving from Glasgow, I can honestly say that John
Reid is the best driving Instructor that I've come across.
A pleasure to drive with, without ever losing sight
of the reason you're on the road; the perfect blend
of excellent teaching and just plain fun. If you're
learning to drive in Glasgow, John Reid is the man you
want!
